  • Your browser must refresh on every visit to the page.

Accept cookies

Follow these steps if you have version 4 of Internet Explorer.

  1. Select Internet Options from the View drop-down menu.
  2. Click the advanced tab and scroll down to the Security section.
  3. Click the radio button labeled 'Always accept cookies'.
  4. Click OK to save changes.

Follow these steps if you have version 5 of Internet Explorer.

  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu.
  2. Click the Security tab and select a Web zone.
  3. Click the Custom Level button to access security levels.
  4. Scroll down to the Cookies section and click the Enable radio buttons under 'Allow cookies that are stored on your computer', and 'Allow per-session cookies (not stored)'.
  5. Click OK to save changes.

Follow these steps if you have version 6 of Internet Explorer.

  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu.
  2. Click the 'Privacy' tab.
  3. Click 'Advanced'.
  4. Click 'Override automatic cookie handling', 'Accept' First-party Cookies, 'Accept' Third-party Cookies and 'Always allow session cookies'.
  5. Click OK to save changes.

Update internet pages automatically

Follow these steps if you have version 4 of Internet Explorer.

  1. Select Internet Options from the View drop-down menu.
  2. Click Settings located in the Temporary Internet files section in the General tab.
  3. Click the radio button labeled 'Every visit to the page'.
  4. Click OK to save changes.

Follow these steps if you have version 5 or 6 of Internet Explorer.

  1. Select Internet Options from the Tools drop-down menu.
  2. Click Settings from the General tab, Temporary Internet files section.
  3. Check the 'Every visit to the page' radio button.
  4. Click OK to save changes.
